For some large furniture products, we sometimes split it into different packages to arrange the distribution.
We offer free shipping and handling for all products in our store.
We accept payment with Paypal account or credit card/debit card via Paypal checkout method. All transactions are strictly protected by the security system.
Please contact our customer service at first. If the order hasn't been shipped out yet, then it can be changed. If the order has already been shipped out, you need to reject the package and we can reship the right one to you after the original package back to us. In this case,shipping fee will be on customer’s expense.
As for delivery time, it is determined by the time we process the order and the shipping time.
Processing the order: 1-2 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends; orders placed on weekdays after 11PM （GMT+1） or on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping time: 2-3 business days.
Of course, after placing an order you can get a tracking number to check your order status. You can contact the customer service if you cannot find it.

The warranty period for our products is 1 year from the date of purchase.
We can provide free replacement or can send a new stuffif there’sdefects during warranty time.

Please send us an email to notify us once you ship back the product. Your order number and reason for the product return must be included in the email (photos attached if necessary). A full refund will be applied after the refund/order cancellation request is received via email by our customer care department and the product is returned to us.
In the event that you receive defective, incorrect or incomplete merchandise, please contact us right away so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us with your order number, contact information and photos documenting damages (if applicable). Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. If your replacement item is back-ordered or out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as we have the estimated arrival date, or we may work with you to suggest a suitable replacement.
